Last Friday, I was able to help to doll up one of the 5 lucky ladies for Her World Event at KR Plus. My model was an Indonesian Business Editors who will be flying off to work in Sydney in 2 months time.
Started off with a chat with my model to help her relax a little. Next, I started trimming her eyebrows. She told me that she had not had groomed them since she went California 1 month ago. And her brows were very thick & bushy. I spent 10min shaving off the stray hair & thining them. I tried to keep it as natural as possible as thick brows are in fashion these days.
After the foundation, I decided to give her very natural eye makeup using brown & gold base. Next, I shade her eyelids with shimmery bronze and lined both her upper & lower lids with black eyeliner to enhance her deep set eyes. Our earlier chat gave me hint that she loves gliitery eyes makeup. Hence, I use a touch of Makeup Store glitter eye colour to complete the eyes.
Tadah!~~ A confident lady is a truly a beauty! I think the photos will be features in next month's series.
Finally, I used MAC Mineral Blusher for her cheeks and nude lip colour to complete her look.
